The "Dream Fish" restaurant is located on the ground floor of the XIX century historical building of the Peter Smirnov Association in the very center of Moscow on Baltschug Island.

Thehousewas built in 1888-1889 by architect N.A. Voskresenskiy commissioned by Peter Smirnov, the vodka "king" of the Russian Empire.

In today's restaurant premises there used to be the warehouse of spirits and Russian and foreign wines. In 2015 the building was completely restored by the architect N.A. Maksimenko, in 2016 it received the status of theregionalcultural heritage object and is currently under the protection of the Moscow Government.
The interior retains the old brick vaults complemented by a lot of forged industrial elements and handcrafted stained-glass windows. The arches are decorated with designergraphics of fish from the restaurant's menu. The 3 large aquariums gives you the chance to watch the underwater life of fish, crabs and langoustines, and at the same time guarantee you the served seafood freshness.
The Chef, Andrey Fedoseev, is young and ambitious and is an incorrigible innovator with a subtle sense of perfectionism. Combining modern author's approach and traditions of world cuisine, he creates amazing gastronomic masterpieces winning the hearts of our guests with their taste and sophistication.
The classical ingredients in the DreamFish menu acquire a completely new taste. So, Sang with a syringe adds truffle oil to burrata and leaves it for a day.Delicate cheese is served with 4 types of tomatoes, basil oil and balsamic paste. The secret of melting and rich flavour of miso caramelised halibut is in the way it is cooked. Special Japanese technique called «saiko miso tsuke» gives halibut the perfect caramelised texture. Natural miso made of just bean, water and salt takes the excess water from the fish meat and at the same time accompanied by sake and miring soak is highlighting its fine taste.
