Dream Fish restaurant will participate in one of the major gastronomy events – Moscow Restaurant Week. The best Moscow restaurants will present their tartars and compete in terms of creative and elegant serving.
Sang Keun Oh, the Chef of the restaurant, has developed special menu for Moscow Restaurant Week with accent on food products quality. The Chef cooks only wild fresh fish and seafood, supplied to the restaurant directly from the Far East, Sakhalin and Kamchatka. The guests may try Sakhalin scallop tartar with parmesan ice-cream
, Nanban prawns tartar with pollock caviar
, chinook salmon tartar with shiso sauce from passion fruit
and fruit tartar from mango with coconut ice-cream
